This school project was all about story telling.

This was a second year project. My first class of storytelling class on my college. The project was all about combining scenarios into a illustration.

We had to make lots of sketches till we got a image we wanted to work out. 

We had three different scenarios we later had to choose a sketch from

mine were 

Space - home - passive - cold 

Long long ago - in the forest - grim - running away

1001 nights - in the city - romantic - dancing 

Of all the sketches I made I chose the last scenario with the 1001 nights. It was for me the most interesting to work with story wise. 

So I started concepting the idea further. 

I made moodboards as well to capture the aesthetic of the background and the characters in the illustration.

After all the concepting and planning I could start making the illustration.
